Who We Are

This studio is operated by Elevated Affairs™ ("we", "us", "the studio"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, which means we decide how and why it is used.

You can reach us about anything in this notice at support@elevatedaffairs.pro.

What We Collect

  • Account data — your name, email address and login credentials, created when you register a trade account.
  • Studio profile and billing details — studio name, logo, contact details, billing address, city, postcode and country, and any tax or VAT number you provide.
  • Design brief content — the event details, preferences, room measurements and space photographs you upload so that designs can be generated.
  • Support messages — the content of emails and in-app assistant conversations.
  • Usage and technical data — pages visited, features used, design allowance activity, device and browser information, and IP address.

Card numbers are never seen or stored by us. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor.

Why We Use It

  • To create and run your account and generate your designs — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To manage subscriptions, allowances and invoicing — contract performance and compliance with our legal obligations.
  • To provide customer support — contract performance.
  • To keep the studio secure and prevent fraud or abuse — our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.
  • To improve the product — our legitimate interest in understanding how the studio is used.
  • To send marketing messages — only where you have consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who We Share It With

  • Stripe, our payment processor, for taking payment for subscriptions and one-off purchases, subscription management, tax calculation and invoicing.
  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, AI generation and analytics providers who process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
  • Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell personal data.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and some of our providers process data outside your country. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How Long We Keep It

Account, studio profile and design data are kept while your account is open. If a subscription ends, client event designs remain readable for 30 days and are then permanently deleted. Billing and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically six to seven years. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years. Anything no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email support@elevatedaffairs.pro and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, private file buckets, row-level database access rules so studios can only reach their own records, and restricted administrative access.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session and preferences. These are required for the studio to work. We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we use is limited to aggregate product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will no longer work if you block essential ones.

Changes

We may update this notice as the studio evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
